We take our responsibilities towards our residents very seriously and operate a continual review and assessment policy towards all areas of care, particularly with regard to professional development.
Balmanno House’s staff retention is amongst the highest in the sector, with our care team averaging between 10 and 25 years of service. We employ registered nurses with health qualifications and encourage all care staff to pursue SVQ2 qualifications.
The care team is complemented by a full range of catering, domestic and administrative staff and we undergo annual inspections from a number of professional bodies, including the Care Inspectorate.
